PURPOSE: A turnover floodgate is provided to open and close a floodgate using a tiny amount of power and to prevent foreign materials from being piled up. CONSTITUTION: A turnover floodgate comprises bank bodies, a base frame(20), a floodgate body(30), a contaminant cutoff controller(40), and an opening and closing unit. The bank bodies are and separated from each other. The base frame is buried in the river floor and inserted between the bank bodies. The base frame connects the bank bodies. The bottom end of the floodgate is rotatably installed in the base frame through a first rotating shaft(31), and opens and closes a floodgate. The contaminant cutoff controller is rotatably connected to the base frame through multiple hinges. |
