<p>A covered conductor, comprising an insulation film capable of increasing the absorptance of laser beam and a fusing layer formed transparent to the laser beam, whereby, in a soldering with laser beam, the absorptance of the laser beam to the insulation film is increased and the separation of the insulation film can be performed without excessively increasing a laser output, and the coil of a small electric acoustic converter is prevented from being broken down and the reliability of the soldering can be increased; the electric acoustic converter, wherein a space is provided at least in a part of a resin formed body on the lower surface of a land part irradiated by laser, whereby, by using the electric acoustic converter, the stability and reliability of the quality of the soldering can be increased.</p> |
