摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an oil circulation percentage in a refrigerating cycle exceeds the saturation solubility of refrigerator oil in a liquid refrigerant in a receiver and the oil of weak solubility flowing into the receiver stagnates, separating from and floating on the liquid refrigerant, and fails to be returned to a compressor, on the occasion when the amount of the refrigerator oil flowing out from the compressor increases transiently in a starting operation or a defrosting operation, in the case of using the refrigerator oil of weak solubility for the refrigerating cycle having the receiver for reserving a surplus refrigerant between an indoor heat exchanger and an outdoor heat exchanger. SOLUTION: An oil return pipe having a plurality of holes is inserted into the receiver and connected to the downstream side of a second restrictor of an outflow pipe of the receiver through the intermediary of a two-way valve. The oil of weak solubility floating on the liquid refrigerant in the receiver flows into the oil return pipe from the holes and joins the liquid refrigerant flowing out from the outflow pipe of the receiver.
