PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic impacter device whereby continuous unloaded striking and failure and damage caused by the continuous unloaded striking can be prevented, and the strike piston can rapidly retreat from a brake chamber so as to start before starting. SOLUTION: The hydraulic impacter device 1 for impacting a chisel 3 by reciprocating the impact piston 2 is provided with the brake chamber 13 sealed by the impact piston 2 when the impact piston 2 is moved along the impact direction of the chisel 3 for a predetermined distance across a regular impact position, and supply mechanisms 27, 28 and 30 for supplying a working fluid to the brake chamber 13 when the working fluid is lower than a set pressure and stopping supply of the working fluid to the brake chamber 13 when the working fluid is higher than the set pressure.
