PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust optical axes of a lens system and a CCD and further to prevent the optical axes between the lens system and the CCD from being deviated in an image scanner unit. SOLUTION: A lens system 17 is mounted on a lens mounting member 24, and a CCD unit 22 is mounted on a CCD mounting member 23. The lens mounting member and the CCD mounting member are mounted on an adjusting plate member 26 and supported movably along with the optical axis of the lens system.
