<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a personal identification number without troubling a user, and reduce the risk of forgetting the new personal identification number by notifying the new personal identification number by email. <P>SOLUTION: A notification system changes a current personal identification number at the expiration of the current personal identification number, and notifies the new personal identification number to a registered contact point by email.
