PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rate of occurrence of defective products caused by disagreement between a printing position of a pattern on a paper sheet and a succeeding processing position by strictly controlling the horizontal direction of the sheet gripped by a grip claw. SOLUTION: A camera 15 for detecting a printing mark and a light 16 for illuminating the printing mark are installed below among a fixing guide plate 6 supporting a paper sheet 1' in the lowermost part and a pair of paper feeding rolls 7, 8, and the camera 15 operates at fixed timing for letting the tip of the paper sheet 1' pass to allow a user to confirm a position of the printing mark printed on the paper sheet 1' in advance. The pair of paper feeding rolls 7, 8 rotate and move by a dimension indicated by a controller by being corresponding to the position of the printing mark confirmed by the camera 15 in the horizontal direction for the axial direction while feeding the paper sheet 1' so that a position of the paper sheet 1' is revised to a correct position.
