PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back wound roll-like printing paper allowing a user to distinguish a printing display region 7 or design of various printing papers (a label continuous body 2) from the outside in spite of a back wound condition to prevent erroneous loading on various equipments and to provide its temporarily fixing method. SOLUTION: This back wound roll-like printing paper is constituted by folding back a paper piece (a label piece 4) positioned in a terminal part of the back wound roll-like printing paper outward, namely, onto a surface side of a roll by amount of at least only one paper piece, fixing it temporarily while the printing display region 7 of the paper piece 4 is exposed to the outside, and winding it like the roll so that the printing display region 7 is positioned on a rear side. The paper piece 4 positioned in the terminal part of the printing paper 2 is folded back toward the outside in a part of a boundary line 10 between the paper piece 4 and the paper piece 4 adjacent to it, the printing display region 7 of the paper piece 4 is positioned on an outer peripheral surface 20A side of the back wound roll-like printing paper, and the paper piece 4 is temporarily fixed on an outer peripheral surface 20A.
