<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in that in the conventional method for covering ingredients by folding the skin of jiao-zi into two, since the skin is adhered by compressing the edge of the skin with a wrinkle mold to make it like hand made one, the edge of the jiao-zi becomes stiff to become one reason of reduced eat taste, and also since the shape and posture of the formed jiaozi are not stabilized, it is hard to pick up the jiaozi from a device, etc. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for preparing the jiaozi, which comprises mounting a base stand installed with a thin and long upper surface part for supporting the skin K of the jiaozi, and a receiving mold and pressing mold in the vicinity of the edge opposing to the above upper surface part as freely rotatable, installing a housing space of the jiaozi, capable of opening and closing among the upper surface part, receiving mold and pressing mold, and also installing an orthopedic mold supported as capable of advancing and retreating toward the upper surface part at the receiving mold to form the outer surface of the jiaozi skin nipped between the receiving mold and pressing mold by compressing it to the upper surface part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
