PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of a flashover withstand voltage. SOLUTION: A polymer bushing 1 as an electric part is provided with a conductor drawing rod 2 arranged in a center, a hard insulating cylinder 3 arranged on an outer circumference of the conductor drawing rod 2, a polymer coated body 4 arranged on an outer circumference of the insulating cylinder 3, and an electric field alleviating layer 5 arranged on an interface of the insulating cylinder 3 and the polymer coated body 4 so as to bridge in a periphery from a rear end part (a low pressure side) to a tip end part (a high pressure side) of a small-diameter insulating cylinder 3b. The electric field alleviating layer 5 is provided with an inner side electric field alleviating layer 51 arranged on an outer circumference side of the small-diameter insulating cylinder 3b so as to bridge in the periphery from the rear end part (the low pressure side) to the tip end part (the high pressure side) of the small-diameter insulating cylinder 3b, and an outer side electric field alleviating layer 52 arranged on an outer circumference of the inner side electric field alleviating layer 51. A value of a switching point of the inner side electric field alleviating layer 51 is set to be larger than a value of a switching point of the outer side electric field alleviating layer 52.
