PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor exhibiting high breakdown voltage while reducing leakage current. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor 1 comprises a capacitor element 10 in such a structure that an anode foil 2 having an oxide film 2a formed on the surface and a cathode foil 3 are wound through a separator 4, and a solid electrolyte 5 composed of conductive polymer is formed between the anode foil 2 and the cathode foil 3. The anode foil 2 is formed by immersing an etched foil having roughened surface into aqueous solution of ammonium phosphate and then applying a voltage. An oxide film 2a formed on the surface of the anode foil 2 contains 200-3,000 mg/m<SP>2</SP>of phosphoric acid or its compound. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
