PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact point device which can prevent a dislocation from a housing case better as compared with a conventional one. SOLUTION: The contact point device is composed of a case 20, a housing 30 movable in an axial direction of the contact point device against the case 20, a case side pawl 40 provided on the case 20 and a housing side pawl 50 which is provided on the housing and can be locked with the case side pawl 40. The case side pawl 40 includes a first extended part 41 extending from the case 20 in a direction crossing or approximately crossing the axial direction of the contact point device and a second extended part 42 extending from an top end of an extending direction of the first extended part 41 in a parallel or an approximately parallel direction to the axial direction of the contact point device. The housing side pawl 50 includes a third extended part 51 extending from the housing 30 in a direction crossing or approximately crossing the axial direction of the contact point device and a fourth extended part 52 extending from a top end part of an extending direction of the third extended part 51 in a parallel of an approximately parallel direction to the axial direction of the contact point device 10.
