A method for treatment of the sugar products by the flocculent consists in that the flocculent based on polyacrylamide of crystalline phase is introduced into the mixing machine and mixed with the condensate of evaporator system with the development of the temperature to 60 °С at constant stirring during 40 min to the obtainment of uniform consistency. After that the obtained solution of flocculent by dozer is supplied to the station of juice purification, where the consumption of the dry substance of flocculent is regulated from 0,001 to 0,02 %, according to the mass of sugar beet of raw cane sugar. After the obtainment of uniform consistency the preparation is activated, and to the station of juice purification the solution of flocculent is supplied according to the scheme by means of distribution device. |
