A method of shaping of edges on template articles of complicated form from sheet timber blanks includes the forming of flats, fillets, rabbets on the blank by milling with simultaneous continuous tracking by supporting roller of the outline of the upper part of the previously formed side of blank itself with C-shaped supporting structure of spaced rigidly fixed coaxially opposite the cutter and running supporting roller.
