PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled oscillator capable of changing a gain, for example, so as to correspond to various radio standards. SOLUTION: The voltage controlled oscillator 1 is provided with a first MOS transistor whose one end is connected to a first potential; a second MOS transistor whose one end is connected to the first potential, whose gate is connected to the other end of the first MOS transistor, and the other end of which is connected to a gate of the first MOS transistor; a first varactor whose capacitance changes in accordance with first control voltage; a first inductor whose one end is connected to one end of the first varactor; a second inductor whose one end is connected to the other end of the first varactor; a second varactor whose capacitance changes in accordance with second control voltage; a third inductor connected between one end of the second varactor and a second potential; and a fourth inductor connected between the other end of the second varactor and the second potential.
