MOTOR CONNECTING BOX AND CONVERTER MOTOR

In a converter motor, converter electronics are integrated in the motor connecting box. The lower part of the motor connecting box is formed integrally with a housing of the converter motor, and at the front end as at the rear end. The edge of the upper part of the motor connecting box is designed to be appropriately inclined such that the upper face is aligned straight. Connecting cables for power current and data communication originate from a step in the upper part. The upper part has a plurality of openings for cables to be passed through, which openings are oriented at an angle of less than 90° with respect to one another and with respect to the motor axis.
