PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring record system of an elevator capable of shortening the time required for state confirmation by a monitoring person in case of operation abnormality of a car, capable of starting a repair/check operation while more appropriate judging material is provided for an operator and capable of improving total repair operation efficiency. SOLUTION: A monitoring information record device 10 comprises an external communication part 10a, an image processing part 10d, an information recording part 10b and an information reading part 10c. The external communication part 10a controls communication between an elevator control device 9 and the monitoring information record device 10 and communication between the monitoring information record device 10 and a control panel 13, respectively. The information recording part 10b is capable of recording elevator history information from the elevator control device 9 in association, in time series, with image information from a security camera 8 as monitoring information.
