An amine compound, represented by the following Formula 1: wherein, in the Formula 1, X1 is O or S; Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring and a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring; R1, R2, R4, and R5 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group having 5 to 10 carbon atoms for forming a ring, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms for forming a ring, and a 5- to 7-membered ring structure obtained through bonding of any adjacent substituents; R3 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; n1 to n4 are each independently an integer selected from 0 to 4; m1 is an integer selected from 0 to 3; and p is an integer selected from 1 to 3.
