The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing information of customer relationship management (CRM) marketing, capable of enhancing a marketing effect of an online shopping mall, comprising the steps of: extracting a marketing target client on the basis of shopping mall usage conditions; determining a plurality of marketing methods corresponding to the marketing target client; allocating at least one marketing target client to each of the marketing methods; collecting shopping information of the marketing target client according to the plurality of marketing methods; and determining a priority level of the plurality of marketing methods by statistically analyzing a result of the plurality of marketing methods on the basis of shopping information. |
