The present invention relates to a mold installed in an end unit of a girder to pour concrete to make a slab, and more specifically, to a slab mold for a cantilever unit of a bridge, comprising: a mold panel capable of being extended or contracted in a horizontal direction by a frame fixation bolt by including an outer pole formed in a U-shape, an inner pole formed to be symmetric to the outer pole, inserted into the outer pole to be movable; a first fixation unit connected in a width direction inside the outer pole, a second fixation unit installed in a width direction inside the inner pole and the frame fixation bolt penetrating through the first fixation unit and second fixation unit to be coupled and restrict movement of the inner pole; a fixation unit to fixate one side of the mold panel to an end unit of the girder; and a support unit to horizontally fixate the other side of the mold panel.
