PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-controlling signal conversion device and an illumination system using the same, capable of eliminating instantaneous full-lighting of an illuminating fixture at rising of power supply.SOLUTION: A light-controlling signal conversion device 2 comprises: an RC circuit 23 to which a light-controlling signal whose duty ratio at full-lighting of an illuminating fixture 1 is set to 0% is inputted; and a control circuit 22, a triac Q1, and a switching element Q2, controlling a conduction angle of a power supply voltage supplied from a commercial power supply 4 to the illuminating fixture 1 depending on the light-controlling signal inputted to the RC circuit 23. At power feeding start from the commercial power supply 4 to the control circuit 22, the control circuit 22 stops the control of the conduction angle from when the light-controlling signal is inputted to when a first time period elapses. Thereby, instantaneous full-lighting of the illuminating fixture 1 at rising of the power supply can be eliminated. |
