PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high floor chair capable of being used comfortably even in a cold period such as winter.SOLUTION: A high floor chair 100 includes: a seat 110; a backrest 120; a support leg 130; and a control device 140. The seat 110 has a height h of a seat face 110a, on which a user sits, to be equal to or higher than an ankle of the user U and lower than a knee, and includes a seat face heater 114 in the seat face 110a. Two seat face heaters 114 are arranged so as to be spread toward a front side of the high floor chair 100 on the front side with respect to a portion right below a lower end of an ischium XB of the user U on the seat 110. Namely, the seat face heater 114 is arranged only at a position avoiding portions right below the ischium ZB and the coccyx BB of the user U on the seat face 110a.
