PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a lining of a tile carpet securing a certain thickness and reducing the weight.SOLUTION: The molten resin (backing resin) ejected from an extruder is pressed with an embossing roll as a resin layer to mold a resin layer, the resin layer having the resin layer of 2 mm or more thickness, porosity of 20-90% and ground contact area rate of 8-80% is made and a tile carpet capable of securing a certain thickness and reducing the weight is provided as the invention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
