<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deciding or forecasting the MCI of microorganisms against an antibacterial agent rapidly without performing culture for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: This method for calculating the forecasting value of the MCI of test microorganisms against the antibacterial agent is provided by comprising a process of measuring test microorganisms for measuring the r<SB>0</SB>and r<SB>∞</SB>of the test microorganisms by a fluorescence depolarization method, and a process of inputting F (wherein, F=r<SB>∞</SB>/r<SB>0</SB>) into a forecasting formula decided in advance, and calculating the forecasting value of the MCI of the test microorganisms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
