The method involves determining positions of center of gravity and hand of a user (1) by camera. The rotational phase is started by while constantly determining position of hand, if height threshold exceeds predetermined value. The rotational angle of hand is determined by hand movement. The angular speed is determined with respect to rate of change of rotational angle. A free rotation phase is started by rotation of wheel of fortune (3) with output rotational speed as initial velocity, and wheel of fortune is constantly braked and stopped at certain end position. An independent claim is included for arrangement for operating wheel of fortune. |
