A communication module 101 comprises a series resonator 13A for a transmission filter 5, and an auxiliary resonator 13C for a reception filter 9. The series resonator 13A and the auxiliary resonator 13C each include a piezoelectric substrate 17 and a positive-side interdigital electrode 23A and a negative-side interdigital electrode 23B that are intermeshed. The positive-side interdigital electrode 23A of the transmission filter 5 and the negative-side interdigital electrode 23B of the reception filter 9 are connected. The direction from the positive-side interdigital electrode 23A to the negative-side interdigital electrode 23B with respect to a crystal orientation of the piezoelectric substrate 17 in the transmission filter 5 is opposite from the direction from the negative-side interdigital electrode 23B to the positive-side interdigital electrode 23A with respect to a crystal orientation of the piezoelectric substrate 17 in the reception filter 9. |
