A system and method for rapidly entering algae count data via speech and generating a report form. The system comprises: a speech input device (1), a speech recognition unit (2), a comparison unit (3), a report form filling unit (4), a report form generation unit (5) and an information feedback device (6). The method uses current sophisticated speech recognition technology, implements rapid entry of count data via a counter dictating information such as a species name, a quantity or a corresponding operation command according to a predetermined sequence, automatically outputs a report form via a background program, and minimises a later workload of the counter. An algae directory is managed via a background database, can be easily supplemented by a user according to actual conditions, and makes it possible for the whole system to be promoted and used. |
