A wet evaporation-based cold concentration system. A low-temperature and low-concentration antifreeze liquid is contacted with low temperature air in a wet evaporator (1) for heat and mass transfer. Moisture in the antifreeze liquid is evaporated into the air at a low temperature, and a high-concentration antifreeze liquid is obtained. The low-concentration antifreeze liquid and the high-concentration antifreeze liquid are separated by using a concentration pool (9) and a storage pool (8). By controlling the turn-on and turn-off of electromagnetic valves associated with a concentration circulation pump (12), a storage pump (13), and a supplement pump (14) respectively, the antifreeze liquid is concentrated both in an operation state and a shutdown state of an air-conditioning system based on a heat-source tower heat pump. |
