PURPOSE: A probe device is provided to improve reliability of the device by supplementing a mechanical property through a second receiving block with a wide space between received slots. CONSTITUTION: A probe device includes a first receiving block(B1), a second receiving block(B2), a first probe(P1), and a second probe(P2). The first receiving block includes a plurality of first receiving slots(S1) with a first space. The second receiving block is attached to the first receiving block. The second receiving block includes a plurality of second receiving slots(S2) with a second space. The first probe is received in the first receiving slot. One side of the second probe is received in the first receiving slot and the other side of the probe is received in the second receiving slot. |
