PURPOSE: An idler yoke assembly with a protective cover for an assembly pin of a dozer blade is provided to allow enough clearance between a protective cover and an idler yoke, and to block foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: An idler yoke assembly with a protective cover for an assembly pin of a dozer blade comprises an assembly pin(111), an idler yoke(112), a link, and a cylindrical protective cover(114). The assembly pin is rotatably inserted into an opening of a pair of cylinder fixing brackets. The idler yoke is rotatably installed in the assembly pin. The link is fixed to the outer surface of the idler yoke. The cylindrical protective cover is fixed to the exposed end of the assembly pin using a bolt(116), and prevents foreign materials from entering into a contact surface of the assembly pin and the idler yoke. |
