PURPOSE: A control valve having a floating function is provided to enable efficient use of a work space by removing the need of spaces for floating valve installation and piping. CONSTITUTION: A control valve having a floating function comprises a hydraulic pump(1), a hydraulic cylinder(2), and a main control valve(7). The hydraulic cylinder is connected to the hydraulic pump and drives a work tool. The main control valve includes a first port(5) connected to a large chamber(2a) of the hydraulic cylinder and a second port(6) connected to a small chamber(2b). In the main control valve, a spool(8) is installed to control the amount and direction of oil supplied from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic cylinder. The spool has a hollow hole(9) connected to the first and the second port. A pilot spool(15) is provided to block a connection path between the first port and the chamber. |
