PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric structure having excellent deodorant function, which has low density, light weight and high bending stress, without using a special agent or the like, and, nevertheless, is hard and resistant to ready breakage and cracking even by applying a force exceeding the maximum bending stress.SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric structure is composed of composite fibers comprising: polyester (A) comprising dicarboxylic acid components in which 75 mol% or more is a terephthalic acid and/or ester-forming derivative thereof and composed of a metal salt of sulfoisophthalic acid (i) as copolymerization components, and further a cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid and/or ester-forming derivative thereof as (ii), and an aliphatic acid and ester-forming derivative thereof as (iii), where part of the polyester (A) is exposed on the surface; and a wet-heat adhesive polymer (B) as other component, and the fibers are slightly bonded. It is preferable that the nonwoven fabric structure includes the composite fibers in an amount of 20 to 100 mass% and has a density of 0.05 to 0.5 g/cm. The nonwoven fabric structure has a bending stress of 0.05 MPa or greater in at least one direction, and maintains a stress of 1/10 or greater of a peak value of bending stress even when a replacement is twice of the replacement showing a peak of bending stress in the correlation between a bending stress and a replacement. |
