PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which reduces the costs, simplifies the structure, and achieves dustproof and waterproof performance without conducting large scale attachment work.SOLUTION: A grommet 10 includes: a first ring part 31 fixed to a through hole 44 of a base unit 1; and a first film member 32 which closes an opening of the first ring part 31 and elastically deforms thereby allowing a cable 4 for connecting the base unit 1 with an electronic apparatus to be inserted thereinto. A rear surface of the first ring part 31, from among the first film member 32, has an inclined part 32a which inclines to the other side along an axial direction of the first ring part 31 from the outer peripheral side toward the inner peripheral side. |
