PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precursor solution having excellent adhesion with a base material and suitable for the production of a lithium ion conductive oxide thin film.SOLUTION: Provided is a precursor-dispersed solution for a lithium ion conductive oxide comprising lithium, lanthanum and zirconium as components, and in which, among the above components, the lanthanum and zirconium are present as colloidal dispersions. Further, the precursor-dispersed solution may further comprise one or more kinds among niobium, tantalum, aluminum and boron as a component(s). |
