PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic-made egg packaging container which generates neither offensive odor nor mold and is excellent in sanitation and external appearance.SOLUTION: In an egg packaging container where a container body A and a lid body B molded from a transparent or translucent thin-walled plastic sheet material into a nearly rectangular flat surface profile shape with the opening width W equal to each other are pivotally continuous to be freely openable and closable for clasped contacts of root-side longer edge hemming flanges 1y,21y and free end-side longer edge hemming flanges 1y,21y adjacent to each other with half-folding open/close hinges 2 interposed between the boundaries of root-side longer edge hemming flanges 1y,21y, the opening length Lb on the side of the lid body B is expanded longer than the opening length La on the side of the lid body A, thereby demarcating vent holes which respectively turn open downward upon lid closure between both shorter edge hemming flanges 21x on the side of the lid body B and both shorter edge hemming flanges 1x on the side of the lid body A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
