In the temperature characteristics, the position where the temperature Ta of the air becomes the same as the temperature Td of the adsorbent is assumed as a first position. In partial water vapor pressure characteristics representing the relationship between a partial water vapor pressure Pva of the air in each position from the entrance to the exit and a partial water vapor pressure Pvd of the adsorbent, the position where (Pvd-Pva) in the position corresponding to the first position becomes zero is assumed as a second position.
