PURPOSE:To efficiently work a metal plate necessary for sharpness and press workability by laminating films on a roll, removing a photosensitive part after making light incident, metal-plating a roll and removing the non-photosensing part of a sensitive agent thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive agent 2 and translucent film 3 printed with a pattern are laminated on the surface of a rolling roll 1. The incident light 4 emitted from an illuminator reaches a photosensitive agent via a photosensitive film. It is not made translucent on the print part 6 of the translucent film and a non-photosensing part 8 receives no chemical change. The translucent film is then removed, the photosensitive part is removed with the use of a soluble liquid and metal plating is executed thereon. The roll surface is composed of a plating part 9 and hole part 10 and the hole part 10 is corresponding to the non-printing part of the translucent film. Consequently the transfer rate is high compared with that of a corrosion method and the consumption unit of roll is drastically improved. |
