<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording body excellent in color developing sensitivity, plasticizer resistance and heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal recording body has a thermal recording layer which contains a colorless or light-colored electron-donating leuco dye and an electron-accepting color developing agent on a support, wherein the thermal recording layer contains a specific diphenylsulfone crosslinking type compound, of which particle size distribution (based on volume) measured with a laser diffraction type particle size distribution measuring device is not more than 0.5 μm in 50% diameter and is not more than 1.2 μm in 90% diameter, as the color developing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
