PURPOSE: A method for producing ginseng extract with high contents of ginsenoside is provided to increase ginsenoside content in ginseng by consecutively drying and boiling the dried ginseng after drying and steaming the ginseng in high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing ginseng extract with high contents of ginsenoside includes the following steps: drying the boiled ginseng 600 g after washing the ginseng with clean water; putting the dried ginseng in a container after filling the container with water of 70 volume %; sealing the container; consecutively boiling and drying the ginseng; extracting liquid from the ginseng after putting water 3500cc into ginseng solids; and sterilizing the liquid extract.
