<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ceramic ball for water treatment is provided to pulverize water molecules by emitting the infrared ray and to efficiently remove contaminant, all kinds of general heavy metal components, and non-biodegradable pollutant by emitting negative ions. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic ball for water treatment comprises: a first step mixing 45~60wt% of mineral materials including pegmatite 5~10 wt%, yellow soil 5~10 wt%, orange peel 5~10 wt%, aluminum oxide 10~15wt%, silicon oxide 10~15 wt%, zirconium oxide 10~15 wt%, and germanium 10~15 wt%, 20~35wt% of plant compounds of calcium, and 20~35 wt% of plant siliceous; a second step shattering mixed minerals, the plant compounds of calcium, and the plant siliceous component; a 3rd step molding the pulverized mixture into a ball shape; a 4th step of plasticizing the shaped ball; and a 5th step of grinding the plasticized ball.</p> |
