PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined operation type input device with a base plate for contact formation made smaller and a device main body made more compact. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a slide operation type input part equipped with a first fixed contact 2 and a sliding piece 8 for slide-driving the sliding piece 8 through a slide operation part 7, a press operation type input part equipped with a second fixed contact 3 and movable contacts 9, 10 for press-driving the movable contacts through a press-operating part 12a, and a common housing 1 retaining both the slide-operating input part and the press-operating input part. While the first fixed contact 2 of the slide-operating part is formed at one face side of the housing 1, the second fixed contact 3 of the press-operating part is formed on the other face side of the housing 1.
