PURPOSE: Provided are thermoplastic polyurethane epidermal material containing polyester polyol having ether and product using the same suitable for instrument panel of vehicle requiring high thermal aging resistance, light stability and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: The epidermal material comprises 15-60 wt.% of isocyanate compound; 30-70 wt.% of ether containing polyester polyol; 5-40 wt.% of chain-extender; and 0.5 to 10 wt.% of additive. The polyester polyol is prepared by mixing 40-80 wt.% of multi-functional carboxylic compound and 20-100 wt.% of polytetramethylene etherglycol having 561.0-56.1 mgKOH/g of hydroxyl value of multi-functional alcohol compound selected from diols or triols or mixture thereof and has 224.11-11.22 mgKOH/g of hydroxyl value.
