THIN FILM TRANSISTOR-LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY FOR IMPROVING UNIFORMITY OF LUMINANCE AND TEXTURE

PURPOSE: A TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to improve uniformity of luminance and texture by making fan-out parts have a uniform resistance value. CONSTITUTION: A TFT-LCD includes an array substrate(111), a display part(113), pads(119), and fan-out parts(121). The display part is formed on the array substrate and includes TFTs for driving pixels. The pads are formed around the display part and receive signals input from an external device. The fan-out parts are composed of lines, which are formed between the pads and the display part and transmit the signals to lines of the display part. The lines of the fan-out parts have a uniform resistance value.
