<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a multilayer structure type optical recording medium, in which a transmissive layer is not contaminated. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the multilayer structure type optical recording medium having a plurality of layers on which a signal is recorded, a plastic substrate 14 is fixed to two facing core fixation plates 31 in which temperature adjustment can be performed. A stamper 34 on which a groove is formed is fixed to a cavi-fixation plate 33. After injecting in a vacuum a resin to be cured by light or heat into a cavity 38 between the plastic substrate 14 and the stamper 34, it is cured so that the groove of the stamper 34 is transferred onto the surface of the resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
