OPTICAL PICKUP DEVICE, DISK DRIVE UNIT, AND DISK DRIVE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a contact of a projection part projecting from the bottom surface of an optical pickup with a flexible printed wiring board, and to make it thinner.

SOLUTION: There are provided: the optical pickup 17 fed with respect to the radius direction of an optical disk 2 and for writing/reading a signal on the rotating optical disk 2; and the flexible printed wiring board 45 in which one end part 45a is connected to the optical pickup 17 and in which the other end part 45d is extended with respect to the feeding direction of the optical pickup 17. The flexible printed wiring board 45 includes a folded back part 45g which is folded back to the side of the bottom surface part of the optical pickup 17 and a bending displacement part 45h for displacing the folded back position of the folded back part 45g, following the feeding operation of the optical pickup 17. The folded back part 45h includes a slit 47 for escaping the projection part 17b projecting from the bottom surface part of the optical pickup 17.
