PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the extension of life and the enhancement of very small amount discharge precision by absorbing the badness of the individual component precision or combination precision of a syringe and a plunger both of which constitute a dispensing pump. SOLUTION: In the dispensing pump, a guide A34 having good slide characteristics is provided in the flange 31 of the syringe 3 and a guide A35 having good slide characteristics is provided in the barrel 32 of the syringe 3 while an adjuster bolt 6 having a spherical tip or the tab 41 of a spherical plunger 4 is provided in a plunger base 2 for fixing the tab 41 of the plunger 4.
