PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the attachment structure of a separator member for a hollow structure capable of suppressing the projection quantity of a locking clip. SOLUTION: The attachment structure 40 of the separator member for the hollow structure is constituted of the locking clip 32, a stiffener 16 and an attachment hole 38. The attachment hole 38 is the almost slot-shaped hole arranged to a separator main body 31 in parallel in a state that the hollow structure 12 is attached. The locking clip 32 is equipped with a projected part 42 formed so as to become smaller than the attachment hole 38 and also equipped with the first and second contact parts 44 and 45 coming into contact with the central part 29 of the stiffener 16 when the projected part 42 is passed through the attachment hole 38 while the positioning part 46, which comes into contact with the central part 29 when the projected part 42 is passed through the attachment hole 38 to be pushed down toward the separator main body 31, is provided to the separator main body 31.
