<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor chip of small size, easily manufacturable, and allowing quick, simple and accurate quantitative determination for a plurality of samples, and a method of manufacturing easily the sensor chip with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of sample introduction ports in respective measuring units is installed in an outer edge part of the sensor chip, in this sensor chip having two sheets of substrates opposed each other, a spacer layer sandwiched between the substrates, and having further one or more of hollow reaction parts formed between the substrates, a detecting means exposed into the hollow reaction part, and the plurality of measuring units having the sample introduction port for introducing the sample of the hollow reaction part.
