<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print processing system which enables setting of expected finishing time in consideration of handling time of consumable items and improves delay in the due of orders. <P>SOLUTION: A photo printing system saves order data including image data for creating photo prints in order units and sets expected finishing time and customer pick-up time of each order upon registration of the order data. The system is characterized by having a consumption amount calculation unit 5h which calculates the consumption amount of consumable items and a consumption timing determination unit 5j which determines the consumed timing based on the consumption amount.
