PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter plate loaded with a new mode filter cloth cleaner capable of discharging a sticky filter cake (sludge) which is stuck between the filter cloth at one time and simultaneously capable of incidentally removing clogging phenomenon from the filter cloth in the next process by cleanly peeling off residual matters of the filter cake from the each filter cloth so that all the residual matters are discharged and to provide a filter cake in-batch discharge type filter press installed with the filter plate. SOLUTION: A filter cloth in the next process is prevented from clogging by connecting filter plates to chains or ropes so that a lot of filter plates arranged on a filter press are simultaneously freed, a lot of filter cakes stuck between the pieces of filter cloth are able to be discharged at one time when the filter plates are freed, and residual matters stuck to the pieces of filter cloth without being removed when the filter plates are freed are cleanly removed by injecting compressed air from the filter cloth cleaner.
